CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Please read the conditions of entry carefully. By completing the application form  you declare that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms of Agreement.

In order to qualify an applicant must:

1. be residing in Canada / United States and have Czech or Slovak background;
2. be over the age of 18 years as of June 1st, 2009;
3. have never been married;
4. have never given birth to a child;
5. not have committed a crime or been involved in offensive behavior, photography or films, which may cause embarrassment to parties involved with the competition if disclosed at a later date;
